The absolute BEST. I make the trip from Bergen County just for Marina because no one touches my hair like she does. She’s constantly leveling up her skills and keeping up with the newest trends. Angela is simply an amazing colorist. She does a through consult with you before she even touches your hair, to make sure she understands your desires and to let you know what can actually be achieved. Working hand and hand with her clients is what makes her so amazing. The salon is bright and cheery, stylists are friendly. Such a wonderful atmosphere to sit back and take some time for yourself. I love this salon!!! I just got my hair colored for the first time, I’m 29 and while I wasn’t nervous (it’s just hair and I trust this salon) I was curious how it would turn out. I love my color and the detail Emily put into it. She takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows. Every woman who works at Maji is kind, personable, great with the clients, and does really just want to create a lasting relationship with you. I’ve always felt really “out of place” at salons and locations where you get dolled up or whatever … I’ve always been really low maintenance and felt judged at other locations but never here. They’re warm and welcoming and care about the work they do and the people they work with. I go to Emily and really trust her with my hair. I have really thick Latino hair and she never ever complains about a thing. Always asks me if I need anything, how’s the job, how’s life, how’s the dogs. She’s really lovely. I’d recommend anything from a blow out to a hair color here. They also do hair tinsel and it looks beautiful on everyone I’ve seen it done on I will be coming here for many years to come for all of my hair needs!

Maji has consistently made me feel welcome. Natasha has always listened and helped me to achieve the style I was looking for. She has always gone above and beyond to give me a very natural hair color and an exceptional cut. I have very straight hair that I wear short. I look forward to her hospitality and conversation. I also have to mention that the salon is immaculate, so clean! It is a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I am so glad I found this salon.
